Order processing time is separate from shipping and delivery timelines.

Ghazal Couture currently ships products to:

· GCC Countries (including but not limited to United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait)
Shipping availability may be modified at our discretion without prior notice.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.
a. India
· Estimated delivery timeline: 6 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch
b. GCC Countries
· Estimated delivery timeline: 8 to 12 business days from the date of dispatch
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, customs clearance (for international shipments), weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, shall be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable except where expressly stated otherwise in our Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy.
5. Delays in Delivery
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Ghazal Couture shall not be liable for any delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing an order. Ghazal Couture shall not be responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Any re-shipping costs incurred due to incorrect address details shall be borne by the customer.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For shipments to GCC countries or other international destinations:
· Customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by local authorities may be applicable
· Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer
· Ghazal Couture shall not be responsible for delays or additional costs arising from customs clearance procedures
8. Order Tracking
Once an order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared with the customer via email, SMS, or other communication methods, subject to availability from the courier partner.
9. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery shall be deemed complete upon successful handover of the shipment at the delivery address provided by the customer. Ghazal Couture shall not be responsible for loss or damage once delivery is confirmed by the courier partner.
