To be eligible for any return or refund, the customer must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video of the product at the time of delivery.
Unboxing Video Guidelines:
· The video must be recorded before opening the package
· The shipping label must be clearly visible
· The video must be continuous, unedited, and uncut
· The product and its condition must be clearly visible
The unboxing video is mandatory and non-negotiable. Any return or refund request submitted without a valid unboxing video shall be automatically rejected, regardless of the reason cited.
3. Eligible Reasons for Return, Refund, or Exchange
Subject to successful verification, returns and refunds shall be considered only under the following circumstances:
· The product received is damaged at the time of delivery
· The product delivered is incorrect or materially different from the item ordered
· Size or fit issues
All claims must be supported by the mandatory unboxing video and relevant photographic evidence.
4. Non-Eligible Reasons for Return, Refund, or Exchange
Returns or refunds shall not be accepted under the following circumstances:
· Change of mind or personal preference
· Color variation due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution
· Fabric texture or material dissatisfaction
· Delay caused by courier or logistics partners
· Products showing signs of use, wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery
· Missing original tags, labels, or packaging
· Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video
5. Return Request Procedure
To initiate a return request, customers must:
1. Contact Ghazal Couture within the prescribed return request window communicated at the time of delivery
2. Submit the mandatory unboxing video along with supporting images
3. Await verification and approval from the Ghazal Couture team
Approval or rejection of return requests shall be communicated at our sole discretion after review.
6. Return Shipping & Receipt
Once a return or exchange request is approved:
· The customer shall ship the product back in its original condition and packaging
· The customer is responsible for safe packaging of the return shipment
· Ghazal Couture shall not be liable for loss or damage during return or exchange transit
Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in resalable condition with all original tags intact.
7. Inspection and Verification
All returned products are subject to thorough inspection upon receipt at our business premises. Ghazal Couture reserves the absolute right to:
· Accept or reject the return based on inspection findings
· Reject any product that does not meet return eligibility criteria
If a returned product fails inspection, it shall be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense, and no refund shall be issued.
8. Refund and Exchange Processing Timeline
Upon successful inspection and approval:
· Refunds or exchanges shall be processed within 10 (ten) business working days from the date the returned product is received at our business location
· Processing shall commence only after completion of inspection and internal approval
This timeline excludes bank processing or payment gateway delays, which may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution.
9. Refund Amount, Exchange Conditions & Shipping Charges
Refunds
Approved refunds shall be processed subject to the following conditions:
· Shipping charges are non-refundable
· Any applicable shipping or logistics costs shall be deducted from the refund amount
· Refunds shall be issued for the product value only, after applicable deductions

Exchanges
Where an exchange is approved:
